The dynamic dame who wears many caps from Kagiso, Mogale City has experienced many a life’s challenges but is proud to have lifted the precious crown. During her first stance of the same Pageant just after the covid19 scourge, pressing circumstances denied her the opportunity to advance to the final stages. While on the brighter side, she achieved the the 2nd Runner Up title of the glamorous ‘Face of Queens with Purpose’ Beauty Pageant during 2022.

Mrs Universe Africa entry requirements are not as stringent as younger models competition. It caters for married, divorced or widowed ladies in the ages of 25 to 55. “Older mature women were surprised that they had the opportunity to enter, as the body structure and weight, social disposition, etc, are not the main requirements, but essentially giving people equal opportunities. The vision of the contest is to help women embody the essence of an African woman!” She highlighted. Ntibi further mentioned that her advocacy in her journey of the Pageant was to elevate the marginalised in society.

This rare gem that sparkles in the significant echelons of society, is a mother, pastor, community builder, entrepreneur, counsellor who runs her own NGO, holds a qualification in Business Management, Advanced diploma in Ministry, also a Bachelor of Psychology and Communication Science undergraduate is well on the path of greater accomplishments. With a captivating demeanour although welcoming, underscores the strong sprit of a hard worker behind her beauty. “It’s not all the glamour that glitters, but the purpose of uplifting others.” she mentions. “I love orchestrating charity initiatives in our communities making sure that the needy are well provided for where we are able.

Besides being a motivational speaker she wears a belt a community counsellor, dedicating her time to helping the abused and traumatised victims pushed to corners, by telephonic therapy sessions. Her selfless, sterling work are evidenced through many recovering from substance addictions, mental instabilities, etc, and them returning back to their normal life in society.  She is founder of ‘Girl I Need You; foundation, GINU. “We are Non-Profit Organisation that is a restoration movement that empowers specifically women and girls, restoring individual’s identity, boosting their confidence and dignity subsequent to life’s challenges that the trodden down experience. In essence we help them realise their purpose.”

With superseding visions, together with her daughter Mosa, run an Artist Management company, ‘Eminence House’. Being a singer herself and envisioning to record her first single, she foresees opportunities for upcoming musicians in society that need industry guidance and coaching. To put the cherry on top of her achievements, the multifaceted leader and change maker recently launched her own stunningly packaged MIL fragrance brand. “Watch this space for the new media agency.” Concluded Papa.
Her life mantras; “Go in the strength that you have and no matter how many times you falll, rise up, shake-off the dust and carry on!”
